Waterproof Suede Upper

Constructed using a waterproof suede upper, the Explorer II Waterproof is an ideal partner for long winter walks. Designed to keep you warm and dry, the boots feature a tough suede upper that blocks out moisture to ensure your feet remain dry in all conditions. The waterproof suede works with the waterproof membrane to ensure you are ready for whatever is thrown your way as you explore the unbeaten path. As well as this, the membrane is highly breathable meaning whilst keeping you dry it also works to increase ventilation so you can remain cool, dry and comfortable at all times. Furthermore, the Explorer II features a pull tab to assist in taking the boots on and off. A 100g insulation lining helps to keep you toasty and warm on cold weather days. The insulation is excellent at trapping escaping heat to ensure your feet remain warm in the coldest climates. Completing the upper is a zip on the side to enhance comfort so you can enjoy distraction-free strides.

EVA Midsole

A full-length platform of moulded EVA resides in the midsole for lightweight, responsive cushioning. Generous, soft and durable, it spares your joints as you strike down on hard, unforgiving surfaces. Exceptionally lightweight, the EVA ensures long-lasting cushioning to keep you comfortable on long-distance days. EVA is extremely firm, which will absorb shocks instantly and effectively, preventing them from causing any damage to the sole of your foot. Towards the top, the EVA is extremely spongey and cushioned, which will bring lasting comfort that will reduce the stress placed on joints like the knees and ankles. Towards the bottom, the EVA is firmer, and this will instantly absorb shocks from the uneven surface below, protecting the sole of the feet from damage. The firm sides on the midsole will also protect the foot and the boot in general, stopping superficial damage from occurring.
